The Nach Baliye 6 judge doesn’t lose a chance to flaunt her well-toned body – she’s one of the few actors who manages to look oh-so-sexy even in a saree…or what passes for one!
Recently, on the sets of Nach Baliye 6, Shilpa Shetty made heads turn as she made her entry. Rather than looking at the contestants, we – like everyone else – couldn’t take our eyes off the leggy lass, mother of the young Viaan Raj Kundra. Not so long ago, Shilpa had said that she’ll stick to wearing sarees on Nach Baliye 6. She even added that she’ll drape those sarees in different ways. By ‘different’, she obviously didn’t mean Bengali, Gujarati or navvari styled sarees. She meant something totally unique and surprised us when she appeared draped in a peach coloured outfit designed by Gaurav Gupta. And boy, was it different in every way possible!
Shilpa’s saree looked like a slim fit pleated skirt that she’d worn with a sequined tube blouse. The silver-designed pallu was stitched to her saree in a tapering leaf-like pattern. The pleated peach drape clung onto her bottom, enhancing her slim and sexy figure. The satin borders on her six-yarder gave a much-needed touch of elegance to her appearance. Though the colour was pretty blah, the shimmery design on the fabric made it look festive. Shilpa not only flaunted her patli kamariya, but also her curvaceous derriere in this peach outfit. This hottie sure knows how to add zing to a monochrome appearance, no?
While this Dhadkan girl’s attire barely qualifies to be labelled a ‘saree’, she’s certainly set our hearts’ dhadkan a-thumping madly. Now we wait and watch for more of her ‘saree-clad’ appearances on Nach Baliye 6, ‘coz it’s certainly gonna be a sizzling haute treat for the eyes, just like this one!
