While Ranveer and Dippy’s relationship status is still a mystery, we certainly cannot deny the fact that two share an amazing chemistry and are quite comfortable with each other. Well, courtesy someone special, the lead actors of Ram-Leela came closer…on screen of course!
Ranveer Singh will romance Deepika Padukone for the first time in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Ram-Leela. And going by the trailers and songs released so far, it seems the duo will set the screens ablaze with their sizzling chemistry. But RS and his onscreen Leela believe that their oh-so-passionate chemistry is all because of their director. While talking to Anupama Chopra on a celebrity chat show, Singh credited Bhansali and said, “We can give it to Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He makes sure that his actors bring the best to the table. He understands that in a film like Ram-Leela, the essence and the core of the film would be the chemistry between the leads.”
Even Ms Padukone echoed his sentiments. The dusky beauty said, “I think a large part of it is in the way that it’s written. It’s also in the kind of equation that our director has with us. He knows what buttons to press to get that. In a love story like Ram-Leela it’s very important to have that kind of chemistry. Otherwise I think the love story just falls flat.”
